Ethel Trujillo

Ethel Trujillo, beloved mother, caregiver and grandmother passed away peacefully 9/20 in her home here in Albuquerque. She was surrounded by the love of her family and Gentiva Hospice.

She was born on December 24, 1944, in Ocate, NM. She later moved to Santa Fe with her husband Julian and her 2 sons Julian Jr and Daniel. She was preceded in death by her husband Julian Sr. Her life was marked by compassion for her friends and volunteer work which included crocheting hats and prayer shawls.

She treasured her family which included Lorraine who is the spouse of Julian and Moeita who is married to Daniel. Julian Jr., Joseph, Natalie, Katie and Grace are her 5 grandchildren and are the Blessings of her life. She never missed a holiday or birthday she was excited to see her family grow by the newer addition of Julian Anthony making her a great grandmother.

Ethel’s legacy lives on in the lives she touched, the values she upheld and the dignity she faced life challenges.
