Michael Jones

Michael Edward Jones age 62 passed away on September 25, 2025. After a three-year battle with cancer. He was born in Truth or Consequences, NM in 1962. He is survived by his loving and devoting wife Phyllis Jones of 35 years. His mother Betty Jones, sister Susan Garcia, brother Tom L Jones, and mother in-law Estema Madrid. He was proceeded in death by his father Tom E. Jones, father in-law Juan Madrid, one brother and two sister's in-laws. He is also survived by many brothers and sister's in-law, aunts, uncles, and cousins and a special cousin and aunt. Also, many nieces and nephews, great grand nieces and nephews, many special friends and a large spiritual family. He retired from Pepsico after 41 years. In his life there were many things that made him happy. Serving his God Jehovah and remaining faithful to the end. He enjoyed being with family and friends. Michael loved to cook, garden and play golf until his health prevented him from doing so. He enjoyed helping others learn about Gods Kingdom and the hope for the future that Gods word promises, life without sickness, pain or sorrow. Michael was baptized as one of Jehovah’s Witnesses in October of 1985. He was an elder for many years, and he enjoyed the privilege. He was a kind, compassionate and humble man. People were drawn to him. He will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.
