Phillip Anthony Lovato

On Friday August 29, 2025 Phillip Anthony Lovato received his wings, and was called to be with our Lord. Phillip was a loving son and brother, he passed away at the age of 62.  

Phillip was born on March 16th 1963. In Tucumcari New Mexico. He had his CDL he drove for Sames in Amarillo Texas, where he resided for many years. He had only been back in his home state of New Mexico around 3 years. In that short time frame he was able to obtain a job with Los Alamos Labs. At the time of his death he worked for N3B in Los Alamos.  

Phillip had a passion for bargains and was always on the lookout for these at Goodwill, Savers and yard sales! He enjoyed driving his Harley!  He was an avid collector of used cars,  He also enjoyed his mothers green chile, beans and tortillas. He was a kind soul and made friends easily.   

Phillip was preceded in death by his father Adelaido S. Lovato, Grandparents Feliciano and Pauline Lovato, Anne Palacio, brother Eddie Lovato and nephews Tyrone Shawn Lovato and Jesse Estevan Lovato.  He is survived by his mother Irene Lovato-Jaramillo, sisters Bertha Lovato, Debbie Lopez, Barbara Collins, Paula corona and Angelina Lopez.  Uncles and aunts and many cousins, nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held on Friday September 26th, 2025 at Riverside Funeral Home on 225 San Mateo Blvd NE Albuquerque, New Mexico 87108. At 12pm. Flowers may be sent to funeral home.
