Siaosi Akauola

Siaosi “Jesse” Akauola left this world to be with our Heavenly Father on Father's Day, June 21, 2026.

He was born on July 8, 1961 to Sione “John” and Lupe Moniati Akauola in Naku Alofa, Tonga. He is proceeded in Death by his mother Lupe.

Siaosi was a Proud, Retired Member of the Local 49 Sheet Metal Union. He is survived by his loving wife Sharon Akauola and her family, his daughter Stephanie Wendling (Tadd), his grandson Damon Kauffman (Jessi) and his granddaughters Sadie, Buckley, and Delilah, his father John and his stepmother Karen and his brothers George, Louie, and Vern (Michelle) and several nieces and nephews with special mention to his nephews Kendall and Connor Sheets who he was inspirational in their upbringing and shenanigans.

Siaosi will be known for his infectious smile and personality and his funny sense of humor. All who knew him loved his shining light and kind heart. His final wishes were to be cremated and his remains to be spread in the Pacific Ocean. Join us for a destination celebration of his life next summer!
