Yvonne (Giron) Harrel, aged 78, of Albuquerque, New Mexico, passed away peacefully into the arms of her Savior on October 13, 2026. Born in Westwood, California, on November 7, 1947, Yvonne moved with her family to New Mexico as an infant. Building a life filled with deep purpose, community, and devotion. Albuquerque was not just where she lived, but where her heart truly belonged. 

For 35 years, Yvonne served her community with quiet distinction as a dedicated civil servant. Her long career was defined by integrity, professionalism, and an unshakeable commitment to public duty. She viewed her work as a humble opportunity to uplift those around her and make a lasting difference.

Above all, Yvonne’s life was anchored in her gentle heart, her warmth, and her unwavering faith in Jesus Christ. Known throughout her life as a steadfast prayer warrior, her constant intercessions were a source of strength, comfort, and grace for her family and friends. To know Yvonne was to feel truly loved, supported, and prayed over. She approached every day with kindness, patience, and a quiet, uplifting strength that left a lasting impact on all who were blessed to cross her path.

Yvonne is survived by her devoted husband, Bruce David Harrel, alongside a loving family and countless friends who held her dear.

A public celebration of Yvonne’s life and faith will be held on November 14, 2026 at 10am At
