Tracy Lee Peralta

On Monday, September 15th, 2025, Tracy Lee Peralta, beloved wife and mother of four, passed away peacefully at age 60. 

Tracy was born on May 2nd, 1965, in Chicago, Illinois. She proudly worked in retail management most of her life. She received her bachelors in business and pursued a degree in environmental sciences later in life. On May 10th, 2007, she married her loving husband, Jeffrey Peralta. Together they raised two sons, David and Kendrick, and two daughters, Nykke and Haley.

Tracy had many passions. From reading avidly, to nature walks, and playing her guitar; she was never bored and never boring. Her enthusiasm for music brought joy to all around her. Tracy’s love for her many pets was evident and she was always kind to any animal she encountered. As the matriarch of the family, she always seemed to know the right thing to do in any situation. She will be remembered for her bravery, intelligence, great sense of humor, and bold fashion. 

Tracy was preceded by her mother, Barbara. She is survived by her husband Jeffrey, their two sons, David and Kendrick, her two daughters, Nykke and Haley, and her younger brother, Eric.
