Luis Manuel Chavez

Luis Manuel Chavez February 23, 1961 - May 18, 2024.

Luis was born in Peru and he was loved by all who knew him. He passed away after bravely battling a rare cancer, leiomyosarcoma, for nearly three years.

He is survived by his wife, Holli, his son Adam, and his daughter Sabrina, his mother Bertha, his sister, Charro, and brothers Miguel, Carlos, Juan, Gustavo, and Jorge and many nephews and nieces and other loving family members.

He was a man that loved life. He loved working in the restaurant industry and held many positions, but he was at his happiest when he was waiting tables. He just loved the interaction with the customers.

He will be greatly missed by all those that knew and loved him.

The memorial will be held on Saturday, June 8 at Romero Funeral Home in Aurora, Colorado, 15150 E Iliff Ave, Aurora, CO 80014. Arrival is between 11 am and 12 pm with the memorial to start at 12 pm. There is additional parking at the rear of the building
