Mary Jane Gallegos

Mary Jane Gallegos was born on January 2, 1950, in Denver, Colorado, to Mary Jane and Luciano Espinoza, and called home on February 18, 2026. 

She was proceeded in life by her mother and father, brothers Louie, Robert, Juan Espinoza, her sister Lupita Salazar, her son Alvino Richard Gallegos Jr., and survived by her sister Emilia Lucero, husband A. Richard Gallegos Sr., her daughter Tammy Joy Gallegos, daughter in-law Nichole Gallegos, and grandchildren Kayla, Jessica, and Brandon Gallegos. 

Mary Jane and her husband A. Richard Gallegos married after graduation on July 13, 1968. They've been married for 57 years but have been together for 62 years. Mary Jane worked for the State of Colorado, the city and county of Denver, and made a career at Denver Health as an MA. She retired after 34 years and went on to care for her brother Juan and her sister Lupita. 

Mary Jane's life was defined by her faith, the love for her family, and her care for others. She enjoyed singing karaoke and dancing with her family and friends.

The funeral will follow with an escort procession to Mt. Olivet Cemetery
