Alejandro "Alex" Pinedo
May 2, 1975 — April 26, 2026
Alejandro "Alex" Pinedo, a beloved father, brother, son, and friend, peacefully passed away on April 26, 2026, in Commerce City, Colorado. Born on May 2, 1975, in Denver, Colorado, Alex lived a life marked by warmth, humor, and an unwavering authenticity that touched the hearts of all who knew him.
A proud graduate of Adams City High School, Alex embraced life with a light-hearted spirit and a genuine soul. Known as the jokester who playfully poked fun at everyone, he was a man who truly loved unconditionally. He carried himself with effortless style, enjoying being GQ in his own unique way, and was admired not only for his sharp mind but also for his down-to-earth nature.
Alex found joy in the simple and meaningful moments. He loved music and film, had a passionate enthusiasm for sports, and often could be found cheering for his favorite teams while indulging in a friendly gamble. Golf was a favorite pastime, and as a true foodie, he delighted in exploring new flavors. Perhaps most memorably, he enjoyed cruising around with his car windows down and the shades on, savoring the freedom and tranquility those moments brought. He expressed his love through teasing—a hallmark of his affectionate and playful personality—as he cherished being surrounded by family.
His proudest accomplishment was being a devoted father to his two children, Ezequiel and Dominique. Alex's love for his son and daughter was profound and endless. Alongside his children, he is survived by his mother, Bertha Olivia; his brother, Miguel (Patrice); and his sisters Yolanda (Rich), Angelica (Carlos), Patricia (Joseph), and Melissa. He also leaves behind a treasured circle of nephews—Ruben, Xavier, Marcos, and Alexander—and nieces Alejandra, Amarah, Yazmin, Ayla, as well as a great-niece, Elizabeth, all of whom will carry forward his memory with love.
Alex’s path was also shaped by those who preceded him in death: his father, Alejandro Pinedo Sr.; his life partner, Cristina Anderson; and his brother-in-law, Ralph "Jr" Gonzalez. Their memories remain close to the hearts of all who loved him.
Friends and family are invited to celebrate Alejandro’s life at Romero Funeral Home-Denver, located at 4750 Tejon St, Denver, CO 80211. Visitation will be held on May 20, 2026, beginning at 11:30 a.m., followed by a memorial service at 12:00 p.m., concluding at 1:30 p.m. It will be a time to honor the genuine and joyful spirit that Alex shared so freely—the laughter, the love, and the moments that defined a life well-lived.
