April June Romero

April June Romero arose with the sun on April 14th, 1974. Her life was filled with compassion, forgiveness, and understanding. The values most important to April were her family and faith, which brought out her beautiful heart and personality. She instilled the importance of her own beliefs to her friends and family, by conveying to them the importance of God through prayer. She was selfless in her pursuit of putting her family first. Her larger than life personality will be missed by all that were graced by her presence. As April's sun set, November 20th, 2015, her journey in heaven has just begun. She is survived by her grandmother, Lena Rivera; mother, CaSandara A. Smith; her father, Alfonso C. Lucero (Jr.); her children, Azalea Rose Alaya Williams, and Azadium Catalina Lucero her sisters, Angela M. Hernandez, Angel D. Vivas (Troy Vivas); her brother, Christian L. Gulzow; Nieces and Nephews, Gary, Steven, Vincent, Troy Jr., Holly, Noah, Christian, Angelou, Sydney; and proceeded by her brother, Jack L. Guzlow and her grandfather, Alfonso C. Lucero (Sr.). Reception to be held at Landmark Tabernacle, located at 2727 S. Sheridan Boulevard at 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
