Survived by his parents, Abelardo and Rosa Guajardo; brothers, Abelardo and Joel; sister, Diana; nephews, Alessandro, Elijah and Ze'ev; niece Lilia Fernandez.
Cesar was a very charitable person, he enjoyed his nephews and niece; He touched the lives of many people. He will be greatly missed.
