Dedra C. Serna passed away on July 16, 2020 surrounded by her family. She was born on January 6, 1972 to Joseph Claude Garcia and Estella Reyes Vallejos. She is preceded in death by her parents; Joseph C. Garcia and Estella Reyes vallejos; children, Paige Ulibarri, Kirk Ulibarri, Cory Ulibarri, Miranda Ulibarri, Gabriella ulibarri, And Ricky Vigil (blest) siblings, Richard Guerra, Robert, and Claudie Garcia; grandkids Isaac Cabral, And Estella Ulibarri Dedra loved children especially her grandchildren. She loved to sing, dance, and loved her cough drops. Her family described her as very funny, outgoing, caring, and crazy. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her. Events Details are pending.
