Felipe Munos

Felipe went to be with the Lord on December 24, 2020. He was born in Flatonia, Texas on May 26, 1954 to Victoriana and Leon Muos, he is preceded in death by his father Leon, his mother Victoriana and his son Carlos Medina. He is survived by his wife of 30 years Diane Medina, children; Felipe Muos Jr., Mario Medina, and Manuel Medina; siblings; Pete, Felix (Lucille), Domingo, Paul, John, Leon Jr. (Caroline), Flora, Betty (Paul) and Janey; 11 grandchildren, Justine, Isabella , Josephine , Maria, Trinity, Isaac, Alex, Manuel Jr., Kloee, Cisco and Cruz; 1 great granddaughter Violetta; Numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. Felipe was a roofer by trade and ended his working days as a driver for a local car parts store. He grew up in Texas and was proud of his large family. He loved telling stories of his youth, sharing the strengths and hardships that his family endured. He loved to drive and see new places and took pride in barbequing and smoking ribs that had to be just right. He enjoyed drinking his cold beer and loved the Mexican music he grew up listening to. He spent many nights in the back yard, during the summer, with the family, and dancing the night away. Felipe will be dearly missed by his family and friends.
