Frank Ortiz Jr.

On Sunday July 24th, Frank Ortiz Jr. passed away at the age of 73 after a long battle with his health with his children by his side. Frank was born in Pueblo, Colorado on January 27, 1949 to Frank Ortiz Sr and Eva Ortiz(Chavez). He is preceded in death by his beloved wife of 52 years, Matilda. Together they had one son, Frank Ortiz III who gave him 3 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. Frank will be remembered for his outspoken, funny, and very stubborn personality. He enjoyed listening to Lil Joe, playing the drums, gambling, and more than anything spending time with his family. Frank is preceded in death by his wife Matilda, his parents, brothers Ernie, Joe and his sisters: Amy, Edith, Vera, Lucy and Theresa. Frank is survived by his son: Frank (Shannon) Ortiz; Grandchildren: Alicia (Paul), Phylicia (Anthony) and Frank (Reanna); Great-grandchildren: Analiyah, Thalia, and Izak; Sisters: Elaine and Priscilla.
