It is with profound sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved Giovanni Angelo Ramos, who entered eternal rest on July 18, 2026, at the age of 17.

Giovanni was a bright light in the lives of everyone who knew him. He had a heart full of love, a curious mind, and a passion for understanding how things worked. From an early age, he loved cars, mechanics, and engineering, always eager to learn, solve problems, and dream about what he could build or repair. He also had a deep appreciation for God’s creation and was environmentally conscious, always caring about the world around him and the impact he could make. His determination, intelligence, and hands-on spirit were evident in everything he did.

Above all, Giovanni lived a life rooted in faith. He loved God, enjoyed attending church, and found comfort and purpose in his relationship with Christ. His favorite Bible verse was Matthew 5:16:

“Let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven.”

Giovanni truly lived out those words. His kindness, compassion, and unwavering faith touched the lives of everyone around him. He was especially proud to be a big brother, always looking out for those he loved. Anyone who knew Giovanni will remember his signature thumbs-up—a simple gesture that perfectly reflected his positive spirit, encouragement, and warm heart.

Giovanni is now home with his Heavenly Father, reunited with his beloved little brother, Gianni. He lovingly awaits the day he will be reunited in eternal life with his parents, Hever and Monique, and his little sister, Graciella.

Although our hearts are broken by his absence, we find peace in knowing that he is in the presence of the Lord. His love, faith, gentle spirit, beautiful smile, unforgettable thumbs-up, and passion for family, learning, and God’s creation will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him. Giovanni will be deeply missed, forever loved, and never forgotten.

Funeral Services

Family and friends are invited to celebrate Giovanni’s life on Saturday, August 8, 2026, at Foothills Calvary.

• Doors Open: 10:00 a.m.
• Funeral Service: 11:00 a.m.
• Burial: 1:00 p.m. at Mount Olivet Cemetery
• Reception: Immediately following the burial

The family welcomes all who knew and loved Giovanni to join them in honoring his life, sharing memories, and celebrating the incredible light he brought into this world.
