Gloria Maria "Glory" Lucero

Gloria Maria "Glory" Lucero went to be with the Lord on June 20, 2019 surrounded by her loving family. She was born in San Pablo, Colorado on August 22, 1930, to Epipmenio and Nieves (Herrera) Quintana. She is preceded in death by her parents listed above; her husband Frank Lucero;grandson Jack and 7 siblings. She is survived by her children Jay Lucero, Ione (Ron) Mc Cune, Lee (Cindy) Lucero, Ann Lucero, Kay Lucero, Eli Lucero, Aleta (Robert) McDaniel, and Neal Lucero; sister Irene Cordova; 12 grandchildren; and 6 great grandchildren. Gloria loved the outdoors, flowers, birds, and working in her yard. She loved to cook Mexican food, especially tamales. She was very talented in making arts and crafts. Her family described her as very strong, very independent, caring, and loving. She prayed for everyone she knew. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
