He was preceded in death by his parents John Eugene Halvarson I and Marie Frances Montez; sisters Phyllis Finch ,Sandra Rosa; brother Joseph McCallie; niece Loretta Barela. survived by the mother of his children Sherry Torres; children Janine Torres and John Eugene Halvarson III, Louis, Epifona Jimenez Nathan , Dominque Gazotti; siblings Clarissa (John) Ulibarri, Yvonne Roll, George Danley; siblings Lavon Halvarson Pace, John Mack Halvarson, Leah Halvarson Weston ,Joseph Darren Halvarson ,Warren Mitch Halvarson. numerous nieces , nephews, aunts and uncles. He loved God and told everyone that God is Love, God is good he also loved his long hair.
