Jose Vicente Roybal

Jose Roybal passed away in Denver on May 14, 2013 at the age of 79. He was preceded in death by his wife Lucy Barreras and grandson Teddy. He is survived by his children Gloria (Lupe) Reyes, Debra (Dan) Montoya, Flora and Andrew Roybal. His sister Mary Veil and grandchildren, Rosa, Angelina, Angelo and Monica. His great grandchildren; Alex Jr., Dominic, Kassandra, Isabella, Destinee, Gabriela (Peanut), Julian, Ava, Moses, Anthony (Little T). Jose was a barber for over 40 years. He served in the Army and Airforce and received his paratrooper badge in 1956. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, spending time with his family, he was a jokester, very giving and generous man, and he enjoyed going to the "Hill". He will be greatly missed and fondly remembered by his family and friends.
