Lorenzo J. Montano

Lorenzo J. Montano passed away at his residence in Denver on July 3, 2016 at the age of 70. He was preceded in death by his parents; Esteban Jose and Ciprianita Montano. He is survived by his girlfriend; Terry Romero, his children; Jerry Montano and Annette and Leonard Mondragon, his grandchildren; Joseph, Patrick and Jaylen Montano, Samara Freyta, and Alex Armijo. Great grandchildren; James Lopez III, Jovani, Joenee and Aria Montano. Siblings; Lillian Montano and Mary Salazar. Nieces, nephews and cousins; Isabel, Teresa, Patricia, Michael, Cipredo Jr., Lori Franco, Gary and Tricia Montano. Lorenzo was known throughout Denver and New Mexico for his music and guitar playing. He will be greatly missed by his immediate and extended family and friends. A funeral mass will be held at Our Lady of Presentation, 695 Julian St. in Denver on Thursday, July 7, at 11:00 A.M. Concluding the mass a reception will follow at the American Legion Hall at Morrison and Sheridan.
