Maria "Mary" Dorothea Martinez

Maria "Mary" Dorothea Martinez went to be with the Lord on January 14, 2019 surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Cokedale, Colorado , on June 28, 1937, to Jose Eulalio and Maria (Gonzales) Trujillo. She is preceded in death by her parents listed above; husband Luciano Ernesto Martinez; and daughter Cynthia Vasquez. She is survived by her sons Dean Lozano and Robert Trujillo; brother Eugene Trujillo; grandchildren Melissa Trujillo, Deanna Trujillo-Holmes, Michael Trujillo, Jacob Trujillo, and Brittney Trujillo; great grandchildren Jaxon Mahar, Kingstin Trujillo, and Olivia Trujillo Holmes. Mary worked in the Medical field for 30 plus years. She enjoyed cooking, her pets, and spending time with family. Her family described her as very sweet, loving, understanding, and kind. She was a homebody. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her. In lieu of flowers please consider making a donation in Mary's name to the Denver Dumb Friends League.
