Born January 18, 1947, Died September 10, 2025.

Daughter to Manuel Casas and Maria De Jesus Huerta. Sister to Armondo, Mike, Junior, Tony, Nana, and Janie. Loving Wife and Widow to Francisco Rivera. Mother to Eric, Frankie, Gino, Isai, Michael, and Suzanne. Grandmother to Salvador, Brooklyn, Larissa, Titus and Erica. Great Grandmother and loving mother-in-law.

She loved her family and shopping. She had a positive effect on the people that she met. She loved Colorado and the beauty of the mountains. She loved her sibling till the end. She loved to tell stories from when she was younger and when her children were little. She didn’t like anyone to worry about her, but she worried about everyone. She made sure we all had what we needed even when we didn’t know we needed it. She was a shining light in our family. A beacon for when we felt lost and unsure. She will be greatly missed and we know we will see her again.
