Monica Guadalupe Soto

Monica Guadalupe Soto went to be with the Lord on June 7, 2020 surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Denver on December 7, 1957 to George Abad Sr. and Mary Gonzalez. She is preceded in death by her father George Abad Sr, brother Charles Abad and nephew Paul Abeyta She is survived by her children Amelia Aguirre, Santos Soto, Abel Soto, Ramiro Soto, and Rodrigo (Marina) Soto; mother Mary Gonzalez; siblings Geroge Abad, Susan Yankton, Alma Melendez; 16 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild; and one on the way. Monica loved to play bingo, go to Central City, and being a volunteer. She won the "Hero of the Week" award at Volunteer of America. Her family described her as very hard working, kind, and generous.
