He is preceded in death by his father, Manuel Rubi Sr. He is survived by his mother, Nellie LoBato, sisters; Shirley Aaron and Sandy Isaguirre, brothers, Manuel, Jesse, Mikel Baltimore, Ruben and Joseph Rubi, son: Ronnie Garcia (Jaclyn) grandsons Isaac, Angelo and Marco, 2 great grandsons, Isaac Jr & Isaiah.
