Tobias "Smokey" Morales

Tobias "Smokey" Morales (Derrera) went to be with the Lord on September 9, 2021 surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Denver on February 21, 1962 to Sam Derrera Sr and Maryann Abeyta. He is preceded in death by his parents listed above; son Angel Morales; granddaughter Alyssa Trizio; 2 brothers and 3 sisters. He is survived by his wife of 36 years Chamaine Morales; children Tobias Morales Jr.; stepchildren Jaclyn Trizio And Spouse (Vinny Sisneros) and DuJuan Trizio; siblings Jr., Dave, Sandy , and Madeline; 13 grandchildren; and 5 great grandchildren. Smokey was a Boxer and loved to fish, watch his Broncos, listen to Oldies and Rock & Roll, and spending time with his grandchildren. His family described him as very loving, caring, tough, and funny. He was a jokester. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him. Everyone is encouraged to wear Bronco jerseys the day of his service followed by Reception.
