Preceded in death by parents, Albert & Josie Vigil; siblings, Manuel A. Vigil and Mary Vigil. Survived by brothers, Freddie LeRoy (Ivy) Vigil, George Floyd (Florida) Vigil, John Henry (Joyce) Vigil; sisters, Celestina (Joe) Vigil-Romero of La Junta, CO, Della "Dori" (Tony) Faust of Bossier City, LA; sister-in-law, Norma Vigil. Host of nieces and nephews and friends; Toby served in the US Army during the Vietnam Era.
