Cena Mae "Twink" Willmann

June 1, 1955 — April 26, 2026

Cena Mae “Twink” Willmann, born June 1, 1955, in Fort Atkinson, unexpectedly passed away on Sunday, April 26, 2026. She was the cherished daughter of Lester and Cena (Yates) Willmann.

Twink is survived by her siblings, Nancy (Richard) Kolodzne, Michael Willmann, Jane Crossman, and sister-in-law Sue (Huttner) Willmann, along with many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and countless dear friends who were lucky enough to know her. To them, she wasn’t just family—she was a constant presence and biggest fan.

Twink had a deep love for life’s simple joys—time spent with family and friends, whether that meant a backyard gathering, a trip somewhere new, or just sharing stories and laughs. She enjoyed golfing (with enthusiasm, if not always accuracy), traveling, attending sporting events, and never missing an opportunity for a good family get-together.

In her younger years, Twink had a spirited side that matched her nickname. She loved horses and even worked as a jockey for her father—something she carried with pride. If you couldn’t find her on the golf course she could be found on the softball field or at the bowling alley. Win or lose her and her friends always found a way to celebrate.

A true Wisconsin sports fan, Twink loyally cheered on the Green Bay Packers, Milwaukee Brewers, and the Wisconsin Badgers.

Later in life, one of her greatest joys was supporting her nieces and nephews (and their kids) in all they did. Whether it was a game, performance, or a milestone, Twink was there—proud, present, and probably telling someone nearby exactly who she came to see.

Twink dedicated many years of her career working at Countryside and Premier Bank, where she built lasting relationships and was known for her dedication and friendly spirit.

A lifelong member of St. John’s Lutheran Church and School, Twink’s faith was a steady foundation in her life. From her baptism to her reunion with her Savior, her connection to her church remained constant and strong.

Twink will be remembered for her loyalty, her laughter, her love of family, and her sarcastic sense of humor. She had a way of making people feel welcomed and valued. Twink will be deeply missed, fondly remembered, and forever part of the stories we continue to share.

She is predeceased in death by her parents, brother Steve Willmann, and niece Kimberly Willmann.

Visitation will be held at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Jefferson, WI on May 24, 2026, from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. A service will follow at 4:00 p.m., with a celebration of life gathering to share stories and refreshments to be announced.

The family would like to extend their heartfelt thanks to the members of St. John's, EMS personnel, nurses and doctors for their efforts and care.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Forward In Faith Campaign at St. John’s Lutheran.
