Joan I. Templeton

Joan Irene Templeton, age 70, of Ladson, South Carolina, passed away peacefully on July 11, 2026. She was born on January 6, 1956, in Gouverneur, New York.

Joan will be remembered for her warmth, strong will, quiet strength, and devotion to her family. She is survived by her husband David of 30 years, her children, grandchildren, one great grandchild, family members, and many, many friends.

She taught her family the value of patience and showing up when it mattered. She showed love through home-cooked meals, advice on anything, and long phone calls just to check in. Joan will be remembered for her quick humor, loving heart, and the many ways she made others feel included.
