Michael Harrington

" Michael James Harrington Jr died on Monday September 21st, 2026. His wish came true to die peacefully in his sleep at home in the care of his beloved wife and hospice.

Michael was survived by his current wife, children, stepchildren, grandchildren, aunts, uncles, cousins , nieces, nephews and dear friends. Michael was predeceased by his parents and his first wife.

Michael truly loved Bible truths and was a loyal servant of Jehovah God until the very end. Those who truly got to know Michael knew this about him. And saw the beautiful heart in him that Jehovah God and Christ Jesus knew Michael to have.

Michael's life took him many places. He lived in several states during his lifetime. His job had him traveling places. One of the places he traveled for his job was the Outer Banks of North Carolina. That is where he took his current wife on their honeymoon. And with his late wife he went on cruises and lived for a bit in Puerto Rico.

One of his great comforts was food. He often asked for burgers often in this lifetime. Yet he also enjoyed fine dining. To him food meant love. He often wanted to share that by eating with others.

The memorial service for Michael will be on October 10th at 2 pm. It will be held at The Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses located at 1308 S. Main St, Summerville SC 29483. There will be virtual link as well to attend.
