Ronald Anderson

Ronald H. (“Ron”) Anderson, born on February 18, 1948 in Menominee, Michigan passed away peacefully on July 26, 2026 in Summerville, South Carolina. He was a cherished father, father-in-law, grandfather, brother, great-grandfather, mentor and friend.

Ron is survived by his two daughters Tracy (Chris) Gruber of Appleton, Wisconsin, Kim (John) Jones of North Charleston; four grandchildren Brett (Katelyn) Gruber, Matthew Gruber, Zach Garcia and Morgan (Jeremy) Campbell; and two great-grandsons (Jonah McQueen and Forrester Campbell). Ron was the big brother to Tom Anderson and Dan (Erin) Anderson and a beloved brother-in-law to Carol Baxter, Joe (Kathy) LaLonde, and Mike (Becky) LaLonde. Ron was also loved by his nieces and nephews.

Ron is preceded in death by his loving wife, Patricia Anderson; his parents, Don and Mary Anderson; two brothers, Donald “Smokey” Anderson and Jon Anderson; as well as his in-laws, Francis and Mildred LaLonde.

It is hard to express how much Ron will be missed but he will be remembered by countless stories, memories, love, honesty and kindness by all that were lucky enough to know him.
