Gary L. Stennett

Gary went home peacefully to be with our Lord on June 11, 2026. Born on September 24, 1951, in Twin Falls, Idaho, he was the beloved son of the late Ross and Carol Stennett.

Gary proudly served in the U.S. Navy Submarine Service from 1969 to 1975. His military service led him to Charleston, the city he would settle in. Gary built a fulfilling and varied career lending to accounting, fine jewelry repair, and hotel maintenance.

Gary will be remembered for love of music—especially ABBA and Jimmy Buffett. His sense of humor, his deep kindness, and his love to his family. 

Gary is survived by his loving wife, Patricia; his daughter, Stefanie; and his dear siblings, nieces, and nephews. He was reunited in heaven with his parents, his beloved son, Christopher, and his nephew, Aaron.

A celebration of Gary’s life will be held in the near future.
