A man of humble beginnings, Bobby was born into a working-class family on September 7, 1943, at Holt's Lake in Four Oaks, N.C.
He worked his way through college at USC and became self-employed for 30 years. Bobby continued his life working after retirement until he physically could no longer go.
His greatest enjoyment in life came from the music of Elvis Presley.
Having lived a dignified and honorable life God's angels returned for the soul of Bobby Ray Stanley on March 27, 2026.
