Bonita Lou Martell

Bonita Lou Martell, 76 years old, of Irmo, SC passed away into her eternity on Monday, July 20, 2026, at home with her only daughter, Alicia by her side. Bonita was born on November 16, 1949, in Blaine, PA to the late William and Bonnie Mumper. 

Bonita loved the outdoors. She retired from the State of Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture. She could often be found kayaking on Lake Murray with her twin sister, E. She really loved working with stained glass and made many stained-glass panels for friends and family members. 

Bonita was predeceased by her best puppy dog friend, Brewster. She is survived by her only daughter, Alicia Martell Bugosh, two grandchildren, Tristan and Paityn, her twin sister, Edwina, her brother, Steve, niece, Danielle, and nephews, Zach, Joel and Ion.
