Charita Espiranza Laurejas

Charita Espiranza Laurejas, beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and friend, passed away on October 4, 2026, at age 87.

Born in the Philippines, Charita was a devoted Catholic whose faith and love for God guided her throughout her life. She worked as a teacher before moving to the United States in 2008 to be with her family.

Charita loved deeply and was known for her kindness, joyful spirit, and devotion to prayer. Her family and friends were her greatest joy, and her love touched everyone who knew her.

She is survived by her daughter, Cecilia Jordan; grandchildren, CrystalJane Jordan and Callumlane Jordan and their spouses, Brent Spletzer and Lauren Jordan; great-granddaughter, McKinley Jordan; and sisters, Leticia Laurejas Philips, Teresita Foster, and Rosalita Cava.

Charita will be cremated and placed in the columbarium at Corpus Christi Catholic Church. A memorial service will be announced when finalized.

Her love, faith, and prayers will live on forever.
