Clifford Scott Privette

Clifford Scott Privette was born on December 1, 1970, to Thomas & Linda Privette in Lamar SC. He went to his Heavenly Home on July 24, 2026, after a short battle with cancer.

He is survived by his devoted wife of twenty years Jennifer Privette. He leaves behind his father Tom Privette, second mother Brenda and his mother Linda Graham. He became a second father to Kimberly and Bradley Anderson. He was also father-in-law to Briana Bennett and beloved Papa to Mason and Madison Anderson, and loved by mother-in-law Judy Livingston, sister-in-law Allison Livingston and brother-in-law Jason (Teri) Moore. He is also survived by his loving sister Ann Bradley and brother-in-law George Bradley, nephews Jason (Misty) Steadman and Tre (Bethany) Bradley and two brothers Chris and Stacy.

Cliff drove trucks all his life. He was last employed with Salvage Transport for 19 years out of Batesburg SC. He was a hardworking man. He was the first to stop at a wreck to render aid and would answer any late-night phone call from a friend in need. He was thirteen years old when he helped a friend enter her burning home and rescued her mother. He was named a hero in the State Newspaper. He had many family and friends who will miss him dearly, his quick smile and his ability to make them laugh.

The family will honor him with a Celebration of Life gathering of family and friends on Saturday, August 8, 2026, from 1:00-3:00 pm at New Hope Worship Center, 426 South Main Street, Gaston, SC 29053. Bring your favorite finger foods, drinks etc. and share your memories of Cliff.

Our world is a little less bright without him, but Heaven gained an absolute angel! Rest in peace until we see you again
