Douglas Paul Burdick left this earth peacefully on June 24, 2026. Born in Buffalo, NY in 1958, his family eventually moved to South Carolina.
Doug filled our lives with warmth and laughter. Doug worked for over 30 years as a lab tech at a paper mill. His greatest accomplishment was the restoration of several MG and Fiat sportscars. He was an extraordinary mechanic.
He was a loving husband, father and grandfather. Survived by his wife Mary, and children, Teran (Patrick); Magen (Phillip); Paul, Hunter, Hanna, Hope (Preston); and five grandchildren.
A private celebration is planned for July.
