Leon James Region, 70, of Cassatt, South Carolina passed away May 28, 2026, at his residence in Cassatt, South Carolina. He was born on June 10, 1955, in Poughkeepsie, New York, to Joan Lukens and Stephen J Region.
He was an avid Nascar fan and Super Late model dirt track racing…. He loved fishing and working on any kind of engine. He was a Master Welder and a mechanic. He was great at both. He will be missed by all that knew him.
Leon is survived by his daughters, Adrienne Region and Jayme Jennings and his companion Kimberlee Zirkle
He was preceded in death by his mother Joan Lukens.
