Patrick Dennis Lindler

Patrick Dennis Lindler passed on November 5, 2026, after a courageous three-year battle with pancreatic cancer. He was 56 years old. Born January 3, 1970, he was the son of Sandra Koon Rodgers and Donald Wayne Lindler (Glenda).

He attended Newberry College and the Atlanta Art Institute. Aside from being a talented artist, Patrick was a fantastic cook and baker, always ready to put his own creative touch to a meal.

As a young child, he loved Halloween and always kept his home decorated for Halloween all year. Amazon will miss him. He was a lover of all animals, having had numerous dogs and cats all of his life. He also loved Marigold, his feisty cockatiel.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by aunts and uncles, Wayne and Sally Koon, Dan and Jane Koon, Carl Lindler, Kathy Lindler, Kandy Sullivan, and cousins that he loved very much.

The family would like to thank Lutheran Hospice for the excellent care he received. In lieu of flowers, please send memorials to Pets, Inc., 300 Orchard Road, West Columbia, SC 29170. Burial service will be private. He loved his family and his many friends with all his heart and was loved in return. He will be missed.
