Ruth C Rasmussen

Ruth C. Rasmussen, age 92, of Gaston, South Carolina passed away on May 12, 2026. 

Born in Gainesville, Florida, Ruth was a wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. She was predeceased by her parents, John Perlin Camp and Ruth Marley Bowers Camp; her husband, Roger Rasmussen; her brother, John Perlin Camp; and her son, Stephen James Epps. Ruth is survived by her children, Phillip J. Epps (Marie), John P. Epps (Lynn), Deborah D. Godsey, Paula Christine Nute (Steve), as well as seven adopted children, and a number of grandchildren and great-grandchildren. 

There will be a private service, and the family asks that you honor her memory by promising to pray for her remaining family as often as God Almighty brings them to mind.
