JoAnne (MacGregor) Fouser JoAnne (MacGregor) Fouser passed peacefully into the loving arms of her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on September 3, 2025. Born in Cabarton, Idaho, on August 26, 1935, JoAnne was the beloved daughter of Gladys and Tom MacGregor and the only sister to her brother, Tom MacGregor. She was raised in Nampa, Idaho, where her strong faith and values were shaped. JoAnne met the love of her life, Robert (Bob) D. Fouser, in junior high, through their courtship began in high school. After several years of dating, they married on November 27, 1954, beginning a beautiful partnership that lasted nearly 50 years. Together, JoAnne and Bob built their lives across many Idaho communities-including Caldwell, Blackfoot, Hazelton, Parma, Shoshone, and Meridian before moving to Redlands, California. Over the years, they also made homes in Anaheim Hills, Corona, Lake Arrowhead, and Beaumont, California. Bob preceded JoAnne in death shortly after Easter in 2004. In 2017, JoAnne returned to her Idaho roots, resettling in Meridian to be closer to family. JoAnne was blessed with three children: Barbara Jo Fouser West (Bob), Kathy Anne Fouser Dean, and Robert "David" Fouser (Brenda). She treasured her role as mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, and her family was by her side as she gained her wings and entered Heaven to be reunited with her beloved Bob. She is survived by her grandchildren: Andrea Jill West Barfield (Kelly), Christine Kelly West Dixon (Matt, Jennifer Nicole West Smith, Adam Nicolas Dean, and Lauryn Michelle Fouser Gravelle (Mitch)..Her great-grandchildren are Taylor Riley Barfield, Brennan Scott Barfield, Madilyn Grace Dixon, Avery Ann Dixon, Rylinn Hope Smith, Cayden James Smith, Brooke Aspyn Gravelle, and Oaklyn Ember Gravelle.
A Celebration of Life will be held in November 24th, @ 10am at Eagle Christian Church in Eagle, Idaho.
