Nancy Peters-Oliver

Nancy Peters-Oliver passed peacefully in her sleep August 15th, 2026. She was a beloved wife, mother, and grandmother. Nancy had a passion for helping children, animals, and was known for her talents as a cook and an avid gardener. She completed the Master Gardener program through University of Idaho and created lush backyard habitats everywhere she lived. She loved her job as a school librarian at Taft Elementary in Boise, Idaho where she wrote a significant number of grants to improve the library’s collection.

She is survived by her loving husband of 33 years, David Oliver, daughters Michelle Peters-Oliver, Tami Lloyd, Angela Harwell, and her three grandchildren. She will be deeply missed. A celebration of life will be announced at a later date. In lieu of flowers please feel free to contribute to her favorite charity the Idaho Humane Society.
