Cindy Lynn Balch

Cynthia Lynn Balch, 69 of Black Forest, CO, passed away on July 28, 2026, in Black Forest, Colorado.

She was born Aug 9, 1956, to Charles & Shirley McAllister in Puallup Washington.

Cynthia went to high school at Wasson High School and graduated in 1975. She went to earn a high school diploma from Wasson High School. Cindy worked as a bookkeeper or a family business for 45 plus years. She received numerous honors for animal compassion and was involved in 4-H Club and Greyhound Rescue.

She is preceded in death by er father, Charles McAllister; mother, Sherly McAllister, sister, Charlene Ibanez; and brother, Jeffery McAllister.
