Jeffrey Scott Donovan

Sep 19, 1969 — Nov 3, 2025

Jeffrey Scott Donovan, 56, of Colorado Springs, Colorado, passed away peacefully on November 3, 2025, at his parents’ home in Black Forest, Colorado after a brief but courageous battle with prostate cancer. He was surrounded by love in the care of his mom and dad.

Jeff was born on September 19, 1969, in Chelsea, Massachusetts. He attended Lewis-Palmer High School in Monument, Colorado, graduating with the Class of 1988. Jeff built a successful career as a Dental Technician in Colorado Springs, where he was admired for his craftsmanship, attention to detail, and dedication to his work.

Jeff will be remembered as a dedicated friend to so many—someone who was always willing to lend a hand, share a laugh, or offer support. He had a warm and generous heart, and his kindness and humor made a lasting impact on everyone who knew him.

Jeff loved fishing, camping, dirt bike riding, hunting, boating, cars, and spending time in the mountains. He especially enjoyed working on and talking about his cars—whether restoring, modifying, or just taking them out for a drive, he took great pride in every detail. He found peace and happiness in the great outdoors, whether casting a line on a quiet lake, exploring back roads, or sitting by a campfire under the stars. Jeff’s love for nature, his vehicles, and his hobbies reflected his appreciation for life’s simple pleasures and the joy he found in sharing those moments with family and friends.

Jeff was very close with his family and cherished the time they spent together. He was especially proud of his niece and nephew, Matthew and Makayla, and took great joy in watching them grow and accomplish their goals. His family meant the world to him, and his love for them was evident in all he did.

He is survived by his loving parents, Dick and Karen Donovan of Black Forest, Colorado; his sister Dawn Conzemius (Brian); and his cherished niece and nephew, Matthew and Makayla Conzemius, of Lakeville, Minnesota. He leaves behind many Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins.

Jeff was preceded in death by his grandparents Howard and Bernice Donovan and Edward and Thelma Rowe.

He will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by his family, friends, and all whose lives he touched.

Per Jeff’s wishes, no formal funeral services are planned. A possible celebration of Jeff’s life may be held at a later date.
