Sean Alexander Buchanan, 45, died August 2, 2019 in Larkspur, Colorado.He was born May 9, 1974 in Manitoba, Canada to Glen Earl and Lana Ruth-Elizabeth (Nelson) Buchanan.Sean Buchanan was brilliant, hard-working and tenacious. He was a cowboy, a (really bad) rapper, a crazy dancer, a bourbon connoisseur, a rock-climber, an over-lunch-with-a-friend counselor, and an advocate for the marginalized. He was a leader, a coach, and the life of every party. But far above all that, he was an incredible husband, father, son, and friend. He gave his all to the ones he loved, and anyone along the way who needed some love. His life was way too short, but his years were full. He leaves behind his wife, Kathy, who adored him; five children, Jaslyn, Maleah, Bella, Michel and Divin-who thought the world of him; his parents, Glen and Lana Buchanan; his favorite sister, Kelly; as well as many loved nieces, nephews, uncles, aunts and cousins; and his grandmother, Cora Nelson.
