Kenneth Lee Pitman, 73, of Yoder, Colorado, passed away June 27, 2026, in Colorado Springs, Colorado. He was born November 19, 1952, to Fred and Fern Pitman in Corpus Christi, Texas.

Ken went to high school at Mary Carroll High School and graduated in 1971. He went on to earn a degree in Theology from Tennessee Temple Bible School in 1975.

Ken worked as a Store Supervisor for the El Paso County Sheriff for 30 years. Ken enjoyed serving at Ellicott Baptist Church as a deacon and treasurer. Serving the lord was his passion in life. He was greatly loved by his friends and family.

Ken is preceded in death by his parents, Fred and Fern Pitman, and brother, Dana Pitman.

Ken is survived by his wife, Chris Pitman of Yoder, Colorado; his brother, Ronnie (Suzanne) Pitman; his children, Amy (Josh) Murray, Keri (Jeremy) Bertsch, Jonathan (Melissa) Pitman, Christy (Jon) Diss, and Ryan (Amelia) Pitman; 16 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
