Marjorie Thomas was born in a small rural town called Gold Dust located in Avoyelles Parish on August 12, 1940 to the parentage of Lem Thomas Sr. and Tannie Bradley Thomas.
She was preceded in death by: brothers MacRoy, Lem Jr., Harry, Phinley, James, and Franklin Thomas; sisters Maxine Sanderford and Dorothy Williams; son Kirk Patterson; and grandson Dennis DeGraffe.
Marjorie is survived by: sisters-in-law Rose Thomas [Oakland]; sons Wayne (Gabriela) Patterson [Edmond] and Douglas (Michelle) Patterson [Denver]; daughters Constance Cunningham [Colorado Springs] and Tracey Allen [Colorado Springs]; 15 grandchildren; 7 Great-grandchildren; a host of other relatives and loved ones.
Homegoing Celebration and Cremation Burial will be held at the Evergreen Cemetery for a graveside service located at 1005 Hancock Expy, Colorado Springs, CO 80903, on July 23, 2026, at 10:00AM.
