Ryan Clark Lauber
Dec 9, 1982 — Nov 13, 2025
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the sudden passing of Ryan Clark Lauber on November 13, 2025 in Colorado Springs.
Born on December 9, 1982 to John and Dixie Lauber in Derby, Kansas, Ryan was one of four boys in a loving, crowded home. They embarked on many exploits living the farm life together that ultimately led to unbreakable bonds.
Moving to Colorado, Ryan, like his brothers, played soccer competitively before graduating from Cheyenne Mountain High School in 2001. He pursued his love of God and music at Dallas Baptist University before marrying Sarah Culwell with whom he shares his greatest blessings, Olivia (15), Garrett (13), Aria (9), and Quinn (7).
A quintessential salesman, Ryan worked at US Bank and Wells Fargo while also serving as a DJ on Christian radio. He will be remembered for his love of people and prayer, his sense of humor and love of music, and all the new recipes he liked to try out on his family.
Ryan is survived by his parents, John and Dixie, his children, brothers, Chad (Meredith), Todd (Amie), and Luke (Baylei), his Uncle Dick and Aunt Mary, and many nieces and nephews. His absence leaves an immeasurable void in the lives of those who loved him dearly. We take comfort in knowing that Ryan’s spirit is with his Savior. He now has answers to a great many questions and the peace he sought through Jesus.
A memorial service will be held for close family and friends on Friday, November 21, 2025 at 2:00 pm at Academy Christian Church located at 1635 Old Ranch Road in Colorado Springs. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that donations be made to the In Memory of Ryan Lauber GoFundMe page (www.gofundme.com/f/ryanlauber) set up on behalf of his beloved children.
