Peggy Lynn Lammers

Peggy Lynn Lammers of Vale, OR, passed away Nov. 11th, 2025, at the age of 71.

Peggy was born April 21st,1954, in Bend, Oregon, to Delbert and Zella Lammers. She was the youngest child. When Peggy was a young girl, her family moved to Willowcreek, OR, where she attended school. She later attended high school at Vale High School.  

Peggy loved spending time with her family and friends and had a passion for fishing, music, singing, and cooking. She worked as a cook at many of the restaurants in Vale over the years. She later worked as a cashier at Logan’s Market, where people loved to go to her register just to visit and hear her sing. That is just to name a few of the jobs that she had. Peggy was well known in Vale for her vibrant personality and for her singing to the many people she called family and friends. 

Peggy was preceded in death by her parents, Delbert and Zella Lammers, her brothers Les Lammer, Raymond Gilson, as well as her sisters Gayla Kribs and Rita Faye McWilliams. She is survived by her brother, Delbert Lammers of San Jose, California, her five children, Kelly Uehlin of Payette, ID; Cory Lammers of Vale, OR; Honey Lammers of Lewiston, ID; Kylee Smith of Boise, ID; and Posey Hansen of Vale, OR. Peggy also had 16 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren that she loved very much. She was an amazing lady and will be missed greatly.   

Services will be held on December 12th  at 2 pm at the Oregon Trail Baptist Church at 575 B. St. West, Vale, OR, with a reception to follow. The family would like to thank everyone who has reached out with their concern and support during this time.
