Carl was born on November 25, 1962 in Roanoke,VA to the late Carl Richard and Louise Baugher , He is survived by one sister, Mary Ann Abram, and a half brother Thomas Hurt.
Carl was employes at Southern Atlantic Mechanical Contractors as a supervisor.
Services will be held at a later date and time and will be announced by Thompson Funeral Home.
