David L. White, of Cayce, South Carolina passed away peacefully on June 6, 2026. He was born in Columbia, South Carolina to the late Walter White and Nancy Butler.
David enjoyed fishing, hunting, and talking to people. More than anything, he cherished the time he spent with his family and friends, especially his grandchildren, they meant the world to him.
He is survived by his children, Rachel Avery (Daniel) and Justin White; his grandchildren, Preston and McKynli Avery; his brothers Eddie, Ricky (Lisa), Reggie (Rhonda); his nieces and nephews; great nieces and great nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, mother, stepfather, brother and other family members.
The visitation and service will be held on Wednesday June 17, 2026 from 12:00pm to 2:00 pm at Thompson Funeral Home in Lexington. The burial is 2:30pm at Southland Memorial Gardens.
