Dean Morgan Stillinger

Dean Morgan Stillinger, of Gilbert, South Carolina, passed away peacefully on August 4, 2026, at Lexington Medical Center in West Columbia, South Carolina.

Dean was the beloved son of the late Donnie M. Stillinger and the late Laura Evelyn Darnell. He spent many years as an automotive and gas pump mechanic, earning the respect of those who knew him through his hard work, skill, and dependability.

Dean enjoyed a quiet, simple life and found great joy in collecting firearms, a hobby he was passionate about for many years. He treasured his family and friends, especially his lifelong friend, Ronnie Baughman, whose friendship spanned more than 60 years.

He is survived by his sister, Pamela Maner; his brother, Brian Stillinger and his wife, Tiffany; his lifelong friend, Ronnie Baughman; and several nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.

Those who knew Dean will remember his gentle nature, hardworking spirit, and unwavering loyalty. His life was a blessing, his memory a treasure, and he will never be forgotten.
